Q1: When can I collect the milestone rewards?

A: Collect your rewards from the in-game Gift box within 30 days after the game launches.

Q2: Is there a deadline to collect my milestone rewards when the game launches?

A: Collect your rewards from the in-game Gift box within 30 days after the game launches. Please note that you must claim your rewards from the in-game Gift box within the stipulated campaign period. Uncollected rewards will expire after the campaign reward period ends.

Q3: When is the official launch date of The Alchemist Code?

A: The game will be available in winter 2017 worldwide, except for Taiwan, China, Korea, Japan, Hong Kong and Macau.

Q4: What happens to my remaining Play Tickets at the end of the pre-registration period?

A: All remaining Play Tickets expire once the campaign ends.

Q5: How can I get more Play Tickets?

A: Complete the Missions listed on the Pre-registration page, such as inviting your friends, or liking our Facebook page, etc. to get more Play Tickets.

Q6: I'm having technical issues, what do I do?

A: Contact us via our support page or through our Facebook fan page.

Q7: What happens to my beta launch account when The Alchemist Code officially launches?

A: We are glad to inform you that your account will remain as it is.

Q8: Can I port my Japanese or other language accounts to The Alchemist Code?

A: Unfortunately, that can't be done as they are different games.
